Terms & Conditions
- Customer can’t modify the Order once it placed.
- After Placing the Order, you can cancel the order within one hour. (Amount settlement as per Bank policy)
- Customer can Track the Delivery Status online
- Undelivered Order due to incorrect Name and Address, Company will redeliver after getting the correct details of Customer. In this situation Customer has to bear additional Courier Charges.
- Due to Incorrect Price, Order may cancel at any time by Company and Customer will get 100 % refund and duly notified to Customer by email.
- Delivery time would be minimum next 5 days after Order placed.
- The Customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
- In case of any defect arising after seven (07) days of delivery, should get serviced by the respective manufacturer/brand in accordance with respective manufacturer's warranty terms.
- If Customer finds damaged and/or defective or different from the Product that was ordered, Customer has to intimate immediately to Customer Support on email@example.com and Company will arrange for the Replacement for the Product.
- Product(s) must be Unused
- Product will be picked up from customer's door step.
- Product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoice.
- In any case of cancellation and refund, 5% of the order amount or Rs. 1500 whichever is less will be deducted from the total amount paid as an administrative charge.
- If the delivered product found faulty and Company is not able to deliver similar Product, Customer will get Refund without any deduction after acknowledgment of returned Product.
- Payment modes available with Company are through Credit Card, Debit Card and Net banking.
- Company secures online payment gateway using Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect Card information.
- Company accepts all VISA & Master Card.
- International card is not accepted.
